References: All candidates must be proposed and seconded by members of the Club. Candidates without either a proposer or seconder or both should provide two acceptable independent references (including at least one philatelic reference) to enable two members to act.

RESIDENT ($150 per year): Resides, or has a business address, or is employed within A 50-mile radius of Columbus Circle, New York City.
NON-RESIDENT ($95 per year): Resides and is employed beyond 50 miles of New York City

OVERSEAS ($120 per year): All members residing outside the United States and Canada.
