United Postal Stationery Society – Dan Undersander and Wayne Menuz

Dan Undersander lives in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a retired faculty member of the University of Wisconsin. Dan is a member of APS, US Philatelic Classics Society, US Stamp Society, United Postal Stationery Society, US Possessions Society, Canal Zone Society, Chicago Collectors Club, American Philatelic Exhibiters Society and Wisconsin Postal History Society. He has been publication manager for the United Postal Stationery Society for the past 20 years, responsible for final formatting and printing all books and the electronic book sales system. Dan is also publication manager for the Chicago Collectors Club. He is editor of five U.S. postal stationery catalogs. He writes a column for bimonthly Postal Stationery Journal and has additionally published in APS, USPCS and USSS journals. Dan has several exhibits on Envelope Essays and Proofs and 19th century postal stationery.

Wayne Menuz is a retired electrical engineer.  Switched from collecting stamps to postal stationery in 1961 at age of 16. Treasurer of the Collectors Club of S. F. 1978 to date. APS accredited judge 1979 to date. 1983-2008: WESTPEX board of directors. 2001 to date: Editor of “Postal Stationery” magazine, which has won two reserve grand APS literature awards. 10-frame exhibit “Great Britain Compound Embossed Stationery 1855-1902” won WSP Grand Award in 2015. To date: cited in more than 78 worldwide postal stationery books as a contributor. Currently President of the United Postal Stationery Society.
